Refactoring and new features.

This commit contains quite a few changes:

*) Refactored request handling to be more centralized and clean
*) added BeforeHandle and AfterHandle hooks
*) now including error code in response
*) added Meta metadata to request object.
*) changed QueryParams in request to be of type Url.Values (supports .Get())
*) Updated tests
