[CHG] code review:
* Remove unwanted lines into .rst (and use the correct module name )
* Fix the docstring of the patient's class
* Remove completily the notion of default patient "Libre" and all linked concepts; mainly into the appointement model
* Do not use string attribute when name of the field equals to its label
* Improve test computation of the patient age
* Use gender instead of sex in order to keep constistency with Odoo naming convention
