[ADD] stock_inventory_hierarchical[_location]

New module to make large inventory with small sub-inventories.
This feature lets users compose inventories with sub-inventories in a hierarchical tree.
This is useful in medium/large warehouses where several teams must work in parallel to make inventories.

The module stock_inventory_hierarchical_location lets users use stock_inventory_hierarchical and stock_inventory_location at the same time, and is automatically installed when needed.
