Investigating on-disk object sizes, replaced the magic 8192 constant with MIN_OBJECT_SIZE in tests. Problem: not all components of the total table size (main fork + visibility map + free space map + initial fork + indexes) seem to stay constant when the table is uploaded and redownloaded, only `pg_relation_size(table)` (defaults to `pg_relation_size(table, 'main')`) does.
