Commit Message

LQ now works against the test build of the engine. Reusing the foreign
server creation that the custom mount handlers use; moved the foreign
table creation code into the Table class. Made sure the FDW rolls back
its connection after it's done (since it's not supposed to be writing
anything). Also added a command line entry point (+ docs) and a test.
