fix(autoincrement): Handle postgres auto naming with NOT NULL

In postgres for auto name column (SERIAL) with NOT NULL constraint
require one of the two scenarios for generating new id

1. Set insert value to DEFAULT
2. Omit that column from the insert statement

Here omitting the column seems easier
