Share schemas per keyspace as well

With 800+ wikis we don't want to re-retrieve the schema from cassandra if all
those wikis map to the same keyspace. Thus, cache the schema both for domain /
table and the keyspace.

Also, generate a 'hash' property on schemaInfo objects for cheap(er) schema
equality checks.
