This commit adds the following functionality to flashlight:

* The ability to look up geolocation information through a proxy tunnel when in
client mode.
* Adds envelopes for wrapping messages before sending them to the UI.
* Updates parts of the code that were using websockets.
* Adds a new service for sending the user's geolocation information to the UI.

Also updates Lantern UI to:

* Receive messages from a single channel.
