Stop using the term 'unarmed style'

There was a mixture of 'martial arts' and 'unarmed style' in the game.
Since some of the styles are certainly not unarmed, migrate to the
former term.

Changed the keybinding name, the title and content of the relevant help
menu section, and the (newly added) hint when reading a martial arts
manual.
