Add support for django 1.8.
- setup travis-ci to test with new version.
- add exclude=[] to form testcases.
- remove most calls to combine() and set translation cache directly, because Django now forbids setting an unsaved object on a relation field.
- relation.model was moved to relation.field.model.
- db joins are no longer tuples but Join objects.
- find_template was removed.
- dates() and datetimes() are now implemented using annotate(), so they must not have their field translated.
- ...which means basic support for annotate() had to be added as well.
- the _meta API was refactored in a backwards-incompatible way. Added code path for new API.
- dropped the field translator from hvad.fieldtranslator, as the generic translator now covers both translation and fallback querysets.
- refactored select_related to use the generic query_terms generator.
