ElasticSearch MAM backend (#1900)

* Add a module connecting to ElasticSearch node

* Implement ES MAM backend for private messages

* Implement MAM backend for MUC messages

* Configure ElasticSeach CI preset

* Fix dialyzer warnings

This required removing specs for some of the `ejabberd_gen_mam_archive`
callbacks.

* Change the sought string in MAM full-text search test

For some reason ElasticSearch was not able to find a matching message
when given "no" word which is inside the body of that message. Changing
"no" to "another" fixes the issue.

* Document ElasticSearch related modules

* Make log statements conform the k=v format

* Include forgotten test case in mam_SUITE

* Add tests for mongoose_elasticsearch start and stop
