extend http API with Session API

This patch provides three new http API endpoints:

  * GET /sessions
  * GET /sessions/id/bearer_id
  * DELETE /sessions/id/bearer_id

The first two are to get list of sessions or information about a certain
session by id which can be IMSI or IMEI.

The last one is to terminate a session by the given IMSI or IMEI.
