Refactor and improve

* Add 01_msm-fix-perf_trace_counters.patch from the refactored linux-lg-mako package
* Use "CHANGEME!" in both places
* Use builddir and build inside the source folder.
* Use default_prepare
* Try out more possible paths to find the zImage
* Remove -Werror from all makefiles
