Hydrate summaries

Add a .summary field to each list entry returned by /lists/{id}/entries,
with the content taken from the summary endpoint of the corresponding
wiki. Since that requires fetching from a user-provided domain,
use the local MediaWiki's sitematrix API module to validate domains.
