Commit Message

Coded a test for sync_translation_fields, fixed the new app limiting
with app_config argument and made it work with Djangos prior to 1.7.

You can now use sync/update commands with an app label -- a string,
an old-style app -- a models module (e.g. one that you get by calling
AppCache.get_app) or a new-style app -- an AppConfig.
