[ADD]
Add defaults on ddt. goods_description_id, carriage_condition_id, transportation_reason_id and transportation_method_id.
This fields are taken from: sale_order(if it exist), else from partner_id else from ddt_type.

Add possibility to remove line from the tree of wizard 'Create Ddt from picking'.
