(FACT-1663) Add Xen detector

Adds a Xen detector which queries the CPUID instruction and checks for a
/proc/xen/ directory. The result is validated if /proc/xen/ exists (as it
should for both PV and HVM).

A validated result will contain the following metadata:

- A `context` string (either "pv" or "hvm"), determined via CPUID (HVM
  will report "XenVMMXenVMM" as the vendor, but PV will not)
- A `privileged` bool (true for dom0, false for domU), determined by
  checking the /proc/xen/capabilites file for a "control_d" string
