Commit Message

Add ability to specify the dashboard template(s) to use, or just the default template if config is set to true

Can specify an array of templates for dashboard config to add multiple dashboards per stage

Add a vertical template which adds new metrics, and keeps one metric per row with relevant time-series and number widgets for each metric
