Fix design problems concerning block wise transfer with retransmission thread [BWT] and a few 
preparations towards DTLS socket usage [PREP] and a few other things [ALL]:

* coapthon/client/coap.py:
	- [PREP] Included callback functions for exception handeling during a socket read or write operation. This
	  allows to raise or continue the operation depending on the return code of the callback function.
	- [PREP] The receiver thread is not started upon client creation but only after the socket write operation,
	  called through the send_datagram method, has been successfully executed.
	- [PREP] The retransmit thread is now started after the send_datagram method is successfully called 
	  to make sure that we didn't run into a problem with the socket write operation.
	- [ALL] The close method stops and joins the receiver thread and stops all other "to_be_stopped" threads 
	  for a clean exit.
	- [BWT] Concerning the block wise transfer:
		+ The retransmit thread now looks at retransmit_stop.isSet() not stopped.isSet() from parent thread.
		+ The loop of the retransmit thread pushes a "None" message to the queue if the message is given up
		  after MAX_RETRANSMIT is reached.
		+ In the receiver thread, upon reception of a valid response, the execution is paused until
		  the retransmit thread is exited.
		+ If the response is a chunk of a block transfer, then the acknowledge in the request is reset
		  and the send_datagram method is called directly followed starting the retransmit thread.
* coapthon/client/helperclient.py:
	- [PREP] Passthrough of the callback functions described in coapthon/client/coap.py.
	- [ALL] The stop/close method now only calls the close method of coapthon/client/coap.py - it should not 
	  access thread control objects directly.
	- [ALL] Add a random token to the get and put methods.
	- [ALL] Added kwargs to methods post, put, get, ... to configure ex. etag, block2, ...
* coapthon/server/coap.py:
	- [ALL] Removed logger config... (continued)
