Fix some structured array doctests for NumPy 1.12.

Unfortunately NumPy 1.12 broke how structured arrays are represented. As
a result, some doctests that display structured arrays are now off. This
commit overrides the formatting of floats in the doctests. By doing so,
they are then able to match correctly to what they would have been on
NumPy 1.11.
