Version 2.1.0

 - Pretty Error has been removed
 - Can refresh a existing cached object
 - stdoutErrors config settings removed
 - There is no more auto connect, you will have to initialize the connection yourself
 - Query callback returns only one variable now
 - Promises have been implemented via the bluebird module
