Improve test coverage

 - SparkSample.java: Added exception logging
 - MiraclClient.java: Refactoring
 - MiraclClientNoNetworkMock.java: made changes to allow for easier testing;
 - MiraclClientTest.java: Added several tests to improve code coverage;
 - Added test resource files test.properties, jwt.json and jwk.json to make testing easier.
