This commit makes it possible define single process again like:
collectd::plugin::processes::process { &#39;collectd&#39; : }
Without also having to create:
class { &#39;collectd::plugin::processes&#39;:
  processes => [ 'foo', 'bar' }

This fixes the issues #652 and #595.
