Add workflow event interest schema (#1880)

* feat: add workflow event interest schema

Add per-agent event interest declarations and validate topic glob patterns before workflow definitions are persisted.

* refactor: move EventInterest to runtime-only, remove from workflow schema

Event subscriptions will be driven by gate/artifact scripts at runtime, not
statically declared on WorkflowNodeAgent. Keep EventInterest type as a shared
runtime type; remove eventInterests field, validation, and tests.

* docs: clarify runtime event subscriptions

Document that EventInterest is a runtime subscription type created by scripts and tools, not a static workflow-node schema field.
