* refactor(daemon): route app events through InternalEventBus

Retire DaemonHub from daemon application wiring so domain services and client forwarding share the canonical InternalEventBus path.

* fix: address daemon event bus review feedback

Remove remaining DaemonHub application references while preserving test-only compatibility, restore artifact cache forwarding, and align daemon tests with InternalEventBus publishing.

* fix: update daemon event bus tests

Align daemon and space runtime tests with the InternalEventBus migration so CI exercises the new event path instead of legacy DaemonHub mocks.

* fix: emit cascaded task update events

Restore cascaded update callbacks on task update paths so dependent task changes continue to publish real-time task events.

* fix: restore space bridge event mappings

Restore client bridge forwarding for pending-message lifecycle, cycle reset, and routed GitHub events so WebSocket clients keep receiving real-time space updates.

* fix: emit cascaded updates from completion tools
