- README: update Quick Start with driver import pattern, add sections
  for scopes, lazy loading, soft delete, IsDuplicate, error helpers
- getting-started: document driver submodule imports, engine-specific
  constructors, IsDuplicate/IsNotExist, HasChanged, InsertIgnore
- query-builder: add ILike, SubIn subqueries, Any, ON CONFLICT,
  Incr/Decr/SetRaw, FOR UPDATE variants, scopes, RunQueryT
- associations: add many_to_many documentation with tag format
- object-binding: add FetchLockSkipLocked/NoWait, IncludeDeleted, scopes
- New: docs/scopes-lazy.md (scopes, lazy/Future, change detection)
- New: docs/soft-delete.md (auto-detect, restore, force delete)
