Update Spring Boot from 3.5.10 to 4.0.2 (#497)

Spring Boot 4.0 modularized its package structure, requiring import
updates for relocated annotations:
- @EntityScan -> org.springframework.boot.persistence.autoconfigure
- @DataJpaTest -> org.springframework.boot.data.jpa.test.autoconfigure
- @AutoConfigureMockMvc -> org.springframework.boot.webmvc.test.autoconfigure

Added spring-boot-starter-data-jpa-test and spring-boot-starter-webmvc-test
test dependencies for the new modular test infrastructure.
