Fix Save Settings visibility assertion in Maestro tests (#414)

The Save Settings button is at the bottom of a long ScrollView and
requires scrolling to become visible. Add scrollUntilVisible before
assertVisible in toolbar_buttons and full_navigation_flow tests,
matching the pattern already used in settings_sections test.
