Remove parallel convert & file-based asset list

Drop the pages.parallel option and remove pcntl-based parallel page conversion: all parallel/concurrency logic, temp-file communication and helper methods in Convert were removed so conversion always runs sequentially. Simplify asset tracking in Builder by using an in-memory array (no more file persistence or assets file management) and add a debug log when assets are added; related cleanup methods and the delete call in Assets Save were removed. Also remove the default config entry for pages.parallel. These changes simplify the build flow and eliminate cross-process coordination for assets and conversion.
