perf: `1mops_write` uses `box.stat()` to measure peak speed

Before this patch, the test calculated the peak speed independently,
but tarantool has a ready-made API `box.stat()`, which allows you to
track the speed of all operations. This patch uses this API instead
of its own mechanisms.
