add test for preliminary ar6 naming and variables

N.B.

* data used:
>> model: ssp1-19-message data
>> history:  RCMIP MAGICC data (N.B. except for HFC, CF4, and C2F6: those take model data as historical data proxy for now)

* test_ar6.xlsx is only a placeholder file for now, to minimise changes to the code.

* assert_frame_equal test is commented out, because there is no data in test_ar6.xlsx yet.
