Commit Message

sysapi/execute.c: Reorder check of return values to eliminate dead code.

The translation of the TCTI RC to a SAPI was dead code since only one
line earlier we checked if the RC was non-zero and returned it
unaltered. By changing the order of these we restore what looks like the
intended behavior.
